Pacifica Natural Brokers works as a liaison between natural product manufacturers, distributors, and retailers. We handle the full range of the natural products sales cycle, from helping brands get established and launch new products in the Hawaii market, to expanding product awareness and goodwill to increase repeat sales. Our ultimate goal is to build brand loyalty by gaining retailers who have a vested interest in our manufacturers' brands and product sales.

We have established coverage of the Hawaii territory, with dedicated full time reps on Oahu and Maui who visit Kauai and the Big Island regularly. As locals with many years in the Hawaii natural products market, our team has built solid long-term relationships based on trust, friendship, and excellent service. We sell with passion and integrity, looking forward to future success for our brands and retailers.

We understand natural products retail because we've been there.

Each member of our core team - Marion, Siobhan, and Linda - started their natural products industry careers working as clerks in retail natural foods stores, over time moving into management and buyer positions. We understand what retailers want and need to promote their products, and we love to share our industry knowledge with our retailers to help them get the most out of their business. We strive to make our retailers’ jobs easier by providing whatever service they might need to help grow the brands we represent.

We enjoy rolling up our sleeves to help our busy retailers with everything from taking inventory to writing orders and assisting with merchandising and resets. We make sure our retailers are aware of product changes and work with them on promotions and advertising. We help expand product awareness with retailer and consumer education, from formal and impromptu retailer trainings to active product demonstrations, product sampling and getting coupons onto the shelves and into the right hands at the store level. Our retailers value our visits because we provide them with market knowledge, both local and national.
